Refund policy

We hope you love your new hoodie, but if you are not completely happy, please let us know within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund. Once confirmed we will ask you to return the items within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility. 

We must receive orders in the same condition as received by you. We cannot refund hoodies which have been laundered, stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged after receipt.

Refunds are made minus postage costs.
