Refund policy

We hope you love your new pencil tin, but if you are not completely happy, please let us know within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund. Once confirmed we will ask you to return the items within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are your full responsibility. 

We must receive orders in the same condition as received by you. We cannot refund tins which have been damaged after receipt.

Refunds are made minus postage costs.
