Something a little bit different about me, but it kinda comes back to the same thing – ish….
Most of my life I had done what many of us can relate to, I’d yo-yoed with weight. I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve and how to achieve it – move more, eat less. Many of us know exactly how to achieve our goals but sometimes we need a little extra to get there, don’t we!
That’s where George came in!
George Anderson is an expert in wellbeing, mindset and fitness with the tagline:
‘Helping you bridge the gap between knowing and doing’
Like I said, many of us know what we should be doing, but doing it is another part of the journey.
Long story short, I have lost seven stone (100+lb) by journaling! Oh and by a bit of exercise and a better diet! But journaling was a huge part of my journey, and without it I wouldn’t have managed to get (and STAY) where I am now.
I soon learnt that George was also an avid journaler, and after attending one of George’s live workshops in Oxford I approached him with an idea of collaborating on a project and designing our own journal – designed specifically to help you really achieve those goals. As well as teaching you how and what to journal about.

Journaling isn’t a solution; it’s an instrument.
It doesn’t give you the answers; it helps you find them.
There are many benefits to journaling but what was clear on the two webinars George ran recently was how much of a struggle it can be to really make something work. (And like with any big project, be it writing a book, losing weight, or getting fit finding something that can aid that journey has to be a good thing – and for me, it was definitely writing it all down.)
But this journal isn’t like all the rest.
In fact, there isn’t one like it on the market….and we’ve identified one core issue when someone decides to give journaling a try, and that is; longevity.
Many people have tried and failed in the past, or want to do it but don’t know where to begin. They make it far too complicated, and get lost in the ‘What do I write’ so we wrote the WIP as a ‘beginner’s guide’, to help overcome as many of these barriers as possible.
